Over the years, they have become famous for thin and crispy made to order rustic style pizza’s, as well as generous size fillet steaks. Owners Roberto & Lesley Cinti opened their restaurant in 2004 (moving from their original Lord Street home in 2011) making it the longest established restaurant on Southport’s seafront. In October 2012 Roberto won northern pizza chef of the year in the Dell’ami sponsored category with papa (the pizza pasta & Italian food association) and in November 2012 the restaurant won a gold award for national pizza restaurant of the year!
