One of Southport’s latest additions to the coffee scene is back in action and looking for its first Team Leader.
In November 2019, 92° opened its fourth store, this time outside of Liverpool, after the rise in support within the independent business scene in the coastal town often backed by Southport BID who support over 750 local businesses in the area.
Having only opened for four months prior the pandemic, the team are back and located on Lord Street, open daily from 10am-5pm, serving its well-known blends accompanied by its food menu, in which for the remainder of August, is part of the government’s Eat Out to Help Out Scheme, meaning you could score your favourite blend and sandwich for under £5.
As part of the expansion into Southport, 92° is looking for its first Team Leader for the store.
Operations Director, Gerard Bowers-McIntyre says “Being part of a new community is extremely exciting and we can’t thank the locals of Southport enough for their warm welcome. To add to the excitement, we’re on the hunt for 92° Southport’s first Team Leader – a brilliant opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to be a key part in 92°’s business leadership team.”
The Team Leader role will see the chosen individual control the day-to-day management of the store and team alongside responsibility for scheduling themselves and the team’s hours, as well as taking responsibility for recruiting and developing the team further. A brilliant opportunity for those looking for a role in an expanding independent business.
