In today’s 20 Questions we spice things up and shine the spotlight on talented local chef and business owner Anthony Greenland.
Anthony launched Tik Taco, a Mexican Cantina serving authentic Mexican food, as a takeaway venture during lockdown before opening as a restaurant on Coronation Walk in Southport town centre towards the end of last year.
He said: “We started Tik Taco as a pop-up takeaway at the start of last year at a friend’s cafe that was shut due to lockdown. From there we have grown to what we are today.
“From the pop-up we moved to our own premises on Coronation Walk where at first we continued the takeaway, to then opening the restaurant back in the middle of November last year.
“We offer authentic Mexican cuisine which is slightly adapted to the British palate.”
